Crazy Yarn Wreath - Still in Progress

Slowly but surely, I've been making progress on my crazy yarn wreath.

I've been leaving these all over the house!

I'm surprised that this is actually coming together! It is a little hard to evenly wrap the yarn around the wreath - I have to overlap it a little - but I think it looks pretty cool.

Don't forget, we're running a sale on our Etsy site! Use the code 15OFF to receive 15% off your total purchase through 2-28-15. Happy shopping!

Crazy Yarn Wreath Project - in Progress

Somehow, I always tend to get sucked into time-consuming craft projects.

A while ago, I had fun creating woven bracelets from embroidery thread. Later, I started weaving patterns with yarn. And now…

Maybe it's because of the cold weather, but there's something about weaving the yarn while watching Netflix that's particularly stress-relieving! I'll post photos of my progress, especially if I actually finish this insane project!

New Year's Resolution

So, I am one of those weird people who actually keeps New Year's Resolutions. One of my resolutions this year is to be more consistent about updating this blog! This past year has been a little crazy - between working full time, getting married, and taking graduate classes, I've had virtually no free time. Still, I'd like to keep a better virtual record of what the crafty crabs are up to!

Another resolution was to list more of our items on Etsy, which I've done! There are a ton of earrings in our shop; some come in multiple colors, and others have been marked down. Check them out!

Finally, I know that January is the time of year when people start trying to get healthy again. It's so hard to eat through December, especially when you feel bombarded with Christmas cookies at every turn. If you're interested in improving your nutrition, check out my friend's page here:

Check back for more soon! Happy crafting :)
